Montgomery County to Request Outside Counsel's Legal Advice on FAA's DCA Flight Path Changes Impacting the County

On June 12, 2017, Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner announced that Montgomery County will move forward with requesting a legal memorandum from outside counsel, Dentons law firm, in order to evaluate whether the FAA's DCA flight path changes that are harming Montgomery County residents were made without following proper environmental regulatory procedures.  

This is an extremely big step forward for the Coalition's cause!
